I wore braces from aug 2015 to may 2017 and then retainers for two more years but even then my teeth aren't aligned properly and moreover I got gaps in between my teeth which were never there before and at times gum bleeding as well while brushing or when I bite a whole apple aur guava. Can I sue my dentist for that and get refund for my treatment?

i had my braces on and dentist at starting told us about total money...but after the removal of braces he said i have to pay for retainers......So I went to another dentist to gain some knowledge about it. My teeth improved but the problem is they are still not aligned. And the new dentist told me about how my teeth are forcefully moved which damaged my roots of the teeth.......Ryt now i am 17 but before old age i will loose all my teeths..and something even can happen related to physicl or mental problems...He spoiled my life 😭😭😭😭 i am not able to do anything how can i Claim him???
