I wonder if the blue on your new lens is actually peel-off-able protective tape? It looks the same colour as protective tape, and it's odd that they would choose a lens to be that colour. Happy belated Birthday!

I get sore lips quite often, usually this happens when the weather changes and when I eat something wrong (still trying to figure out what it is). I only use coconut oil as my lip balm when I have sore lip, and it helps me a lot.

Happy belated Birthday Lily. I can't bear smelling of food either - recently I went for lunch in Sheffield and the place was so smokey because of the open kitchen. I was close to wearing a brand new coat and I'm sooo glad I didn't because it would've had to be sent to the dry cleaners after the first wear!
By the way, your hair looked beautiful. So smooth and shiny with the perfect wave - not too tightly curled but with a bit of movement.

I went through a phase where my lips were like that about 10 years ago! The only thing that worked for me was using a wax based lip balm (the pots not the sticks) like carmex religeously every couple of hours, absolutely no other lip products for a month or so. Cleared up eventually and hasn't come back at all. Turned out it was a reaction to an ingredient in some lip glosses. Hope this helps. Happy Birthday!
