I was close to wearing a brand new coat and I'm sooo glad I didn't because it would've had to be sent to the dry cleaners after the first wear!

I went through a phase where my lips were like that about 10 years ago! The only thing that worked for me was using a wax based lip balm (the pots not the sticks) like carmex religeously every couple of hours, absolutely no other lip products for a month or so. Cleared up eventually and hasn't come back at all. Turned out it was a reaction to an ingredient in some lip glosses. Hope this helps. Happy Birthday!

Regarding your lips.. my dermatologist suggested Bepanthen. Usually you use it on wounds and stuff. It's super heavy and oily and you should only use it if your lips are really damaged, but it does help. And you can get it without prescription.. it doesn't smell nice, but hey, it works :)
