    If an incorrect item is delivered or if it is a damaged delivery, then Amazon will replace it within 7 days.
    Otherwise you will have to visit a service center and Amazon will not replace the product.

      Stop confusing people, wdym by "damaged delivery", damaged delivery means broken device. Falsifying your own video in the comments. Please call Amazon service or try to replace your phone through them first. A lot of people trust Beebom's name.

    Most of the time due to their reckless packaging and arrogant delivery ppl, items arrive broken. After this no one will buy from them. The only reason why ppl bought Electronics from Amazon was for this n discounts. Recently discounts are next to none and now replacement option also stopped.

      Exactly I have 2 realme products one phone and tab both make crackling sounds from the side frame, also I have worked as a delivery associate they literally throw sacks of parcels like bowls in air.

      What about people recklessly abusing the return policy? Using the product for a few days then returning it by saying its defective etc.... Theres always 2 sides to a coin. What amazon has done is solely because of abuse by most likely a majority of the customers.

    Giving false info in policy there a sentence if it is damaged physically it will be replaced by amazon. if it is technical problem u should have to visit near by service center to fix or replace amazon will not provide replacement or return
    note: i contacted amazon costumer care for this info

    Absolutely!! I had a very tough time after purchasing a router , headphone and a monitor from amazon… its a big pain… better to look elsewhere for electronics now… no more amazon!

    If its damaged or defective at the time of delivery, they will replace. Only other phone related issues only got authorised service replacement..

    I bought iPhones and Samsung Galaxies from Amazon in past, but no more. I now go to the nearest official outlet in malls or Croma or Reliance Digital and buy them from there. I have stopped shopping electronics from Amazon because of such policies.
    Peace of mind is more important than the home delivery facility.

    Last year I decided to buy my galaxy S23 from offline store for this same reason. Online is good for midrange phones. But for expensive phones, I would like to only buy from offline stores like Croma.

    If you look at the details for the 7 days service centre replacement. It says that for devices with physical damage at the time of delivery, we still have 7 days of replacement window.

      Me living in rural areas can't get my lazy a$$ up because nearest outlet are 50 km away from my home . That's why is buy from online platform from Amazon.
      If they do this I might get the electronic device from offline store in the first place.
      If I have to go to a store then why take the risk of damage product .😅

    anybody with good with any lawyer kindly ask them to file PIL in consumer court cos this 7 day service replacement is anti consumer rights, this is forcing consumer to buy, In USA they got 7 day return policy even in retail cos to consumer rights
    A lawyer would understand this more then me.

    It's impossible to get to their human customer service. No matter what you do, you won't get connected to them nor do they now have an email id through which they acknowledge your complaint.
    Recently, I received a defective laptop for which amazon scheduled a visit from technician. My only mistake was, I gave OTP of service to that technician over the call because he promised that device was indeed defective and he'd get it replaced, why bother coming to my house.
    Voila, he never came, nor I could connect to amazon customer care.

    Now, we(Customer) can't Docket return/refund complaints, but Amazon helpline will help you through.
    i got a refund without any hassle.

    Once I ordered a motherboard and there was clearly mentioned that in case of defective 7 days replacement will be there and when I opened it capacitor was broken and they just rejected replacement and that's how I lost 20k

    This a really painful, i ordered a jbl soundbar from fk and it was defective, even after getting a rejection mail from jbl that we cant provide replacement for any defective product purchased from other Flatforms , i was left with no option then going for a repair on my second day of purchase, + yesterday I was looking for some puma jackets and amazon has come up with replacement policy only, means no refund will be given if u didn't like the fitting of the product, that is scary and we should rather shift our focus to offline marktes
