In my hostel students make multiple accounts and then falsely return products as "missing product". Sometimes seniors forcefully use Flipkart accounts of 1st year students to conduct the fraud.

Every customer has right to return and they offer "no questions asked" return policy all over west. Even Western people return a lot if they receive fake products. I think govt policies in favour of customers will solve the problem.
My flipkart account is blocked but my return was genuine because it was a copy of original product. So, flipkart lost a genuine customer . I prefer amazon over flipkart as it have easy return policies and good customer support.
They sud not send bad/damage/wrong product. I often return amazon grocery if it is damaged, now a days they dont even ask for picture unlike earlier days. And Flipkart is horrible, all the times they sent damaged product to me. Returned them, yes it took longer time. But, if compare the discount they offered, i think there was no loss to me. At least I did not get such discount in nearby shop.
Not everyone mis uses the return policy. There are few genuine customers who have to suffer. I had experienced the same where it mentioned 10 days returnable and after receiving the defective product i was unable to return within 10 days window period. This is much of a scam by these e commerce giants. And no point of complaining to consumer forum your complain will not be addressed properly.

Uske baad smartphone me bhi defective piece green tint in amoled phones ek Bahut common issue hai to usko bhi replace nhi krte .. ese thori hota hai online customer convenience k liye he jaata hai ye sab bakchodi to offline vaale bhi krte hai.. esa krne lg gye to online business he bndh ho jaayega india me kyuki offline me bargaining ka bhi advantage hai
whatever preventive measures they are taking now they should have done a long time ago.. this only hurts the genuine customers with there useless policies..
if all starting doing this then you can't do anything. the only backlash they would face is people will start buying products again from offline market
Nowadays, Amazon / Flipkart is also scamming people, had bought a few clothing items, most of them were wrong and few of them had no price tag on them, making it painful to return. Had recorded unpacking video then took it to nch.
@@FisdomOfficial Amazon can introduce something like scale which will measure how many customers have returned products too frequently (benchmark should be 1 should penalize customers but if genuine then no penalty) also amazon should put bar code in such a way that if a box is opened then that bar code will not be in condition to be scanned that way we can track if something or someone changed the product inside. Then open box delivery should be promoted for certain products like Electronics etc

Nd bhai yeh saari cost seller ko deni pdti hai. Humhe haar return par 200 se 300 rs cut hojate hai and even log jo samaan wapis krte hai woh kharab hota hai.. aab kharab customer krta hai yeh courier guy but pay humhe krna pdta hai
Ye flipkart wale bar bar wrong products bhijwate h uska kya kre? Ese mechanism banane. Se accha h customer ko sahi products pahuchane ka kucch mechanism banao hume bhi bar bar return nhi krna padega aapki bhi cost bachegi.
Hahaha i have worked for e-commerce companies and they have been using this RMS for ages...heads-up innocent customers if you keep returning you will be blacklisted and you will be just crying to get justice make sure you goo through the entire product display page and make the right decision almost maximum times the reason for the retun can be avoided just by making right calculations.
My neighborhood aunty, orders costly product (like dresses), uses them , and then returns it.....Shows off around others , but literally this is really bad 😏😏

Actually that's not completely true. Amazon have a limit of 75 returns for the rest of your life. Read the terms carefully.
Flipkart it's difficult to return takes too many days but not with Amazon. If return allowed then you can return it easily not much Hassel faced ever
