Vanakkam, there are multiple causes for myopia, eye strain and vitamin A related may be reversible,but genetic and other causes may not be reversible, make sure to use the spectacles and avoid eye straining. Don't worry about this , even i had power of -3.75 , 12 years before and I underwent Lasiks ,and am without spectacles for 12. And am doing surgeries daily without any problem.
