Love your locs, i started mine at the 8th of October and girll the frizzzzzz....OMG Didi you had a lot of frizz? Whats your excperience now? What did you do to the frizzy hairs? Did twist them into your lok, did you undo the lock to twist all the frizz in the hair? How long did it take for you to have less frizz? Did you have unraveling, so yes, when did it stop? I need some encouragement 😢
Thank you so much I appreciate the love and support and congratulateions to you on starting your locs! 🥳 I did have a lot of friends at once, My hair was very full and frizzy at the time. Sometime I would wrap the fridge back around my lock if I wanted it to lay down a bit but really what I ended up doing was just embracing the phrase because I liked that my hair was sticking up. I also have documented my whole micrological journey from start to finish. I installed And have maintained my microloc myself. I have video showing where I have tamed the frizz. A tip that I would give if you do not like the frizzy look is to try doing braid or twist outs. I have found that that gives a less freezy appearance to the locs. I probably noticed less frizz around the 1 year mark. My unraveling stopped probably 2 to 3 months in when I switched from the 2 point rotation to the 3.You just gotta see it through it gets better. 💜 I'm probably still gonna put the Answers to these questions in my Update video because these are some good questions. omg i have knots i made in my locs before...im sad but i just left them😕 i do this too but i dont retie my perimeter i retwist the first two rows...i feel like this is easy to reverse when i wash so all areas of my hair will be ready for my retie at the same time if that makes sense
That is actually very smart too! I have thought about retwisting the front and then just going from there but my worry would be it unraveling because I sweat a lot so I just go ahead and retire but that is a great idea. And I feel your pain with knots. How do the knots end up looking overtime? I haven't had anything that I couldn't get out yet so I am curious how it looks after a while. 💜
@@SocialSymone honestly it just becomes a bump in the loc but ive seen videos that you can use a crochet needle to make them flatter to the loc..so i just leave mine alone for now lol its just annoying during reties because the knots can be harder to pull thru
Squid games was so good! I'm glad the person who won one also. She had to fight for her life OFTEN 😂 The women with the locs had me so hype! I did notice that nobody had any bonnets though when they woke up. I was thinking I would've been nervous about getting lint in my locs shooting the show lol

Honestly as long as I get it I probably wouldn't care. Netflix said they had to wait till the finale aired and the understood the payment plan. Would you go on squid games? They have a season two coming!

😂 I understand completely, I think my Anxiety would be through the roof too! I think I could go on the show but I wouldn't like to see the ugly side of people coming out. Some of the scenes I saw really bothered me because I think it exposes how when things get real for people, their true character comes out. For example, They didn't have to steal that man's food like they did. I think i'd end up in drama because of my morals. 😆
