We have another Hoover Turbopower 2! This one is ebay fresh, sent to me by the winning bidder as it was sold as spares and repairs. It doesn't run right. How not right? Well it's utterly broken, so we need to fix that...

Does sound very rough Sam! New motor called for. Just bought an x4 sebo with shot motor so I've got similar maladies to look forward to.
It will be good once you've breathed your magic into it!
Lovely cleaner is the turbopower 2. So it deserves to live!

Whoever you bought it from must have a very clean house since how worn out the vacuum is they must vacuum a lot
