Had to finish Succession before watching this, but damn, you did great again. You know, I’ve felt broken for a long time. Like there are parts missing, parts that everyone else seems to have. I never deigned to care about others, because I didn’t feel like I could. Then someone came into my life that changed all of that. I learned what it was like to love, only to lose it right after. I felt what it was like to feel whole, only to end up broken once again, except this time it was worse, for now I know what that love feels like. Any achievements since then, even graduating cum laude from my bachelors degree, has felt hollow and meaningless. I know there are some pieces I lack, that others do have. I also know that doesn’t mean I’m broken. But it sure does feel that way.
I like how you start with the pain and end with the love. How beautifully human.
