Great job CJ as always! Totally agree with the not wasting pellets. I think 2 to 3 hours or 160° is about all the slab of meat can handle. I’ve wasted too many pellets in the past after a wrap. Next hunk of meat I smoke I’m gonna finish off in the oven.👊🏻🍻

Yes you can, but you’d miss out on any smoke flavor.

Nothing wrong with finishing in the oven when wrapped, saves wood/pellets and you dont have to manage the temp.
