The house looks good but the location is risky. That community is somewhat remote it's between old harbour and Spanish Town not really close to any supermarkets, gas stations etc. We call it the BUSHLANDS
The realtor presentation was great. Truly the house is tiny. Bedrooms tiny! Kitch and bathroom fixtures are dated. House has potential but I feel some nicer more modern fixtures would help. Maybe if it was staged with furniture it would help tremendously! Other wise the property has potential. as someone else stated these can not fit a king bed. Rooms looks suited for full size beds. Closet spaces extremely small. Theirs no way I’ll believe that’s 1200+ living space. But big ups and keep the properties rolling sir.

We could complain, but all these developers cost for housing are similar. In other words, they charge on average 7mil per room and 2 mil per bathroom, and additional cost is attributed to land space at approximately 100k per 100 sqr feet of land. If you dont believe, look at the developments. This is 8000 sq ft of land. Check Phoenix Park 2 it being sold for 15.5 million land space is 2500 sqr ft, and the house is considerably tiny. It's all the same to me. You just have to find something that can meet your budget.
