- After years of eating thousands of momos, the biggest dosas, pizzas, and whatever else we could stuff into our faces, we decided its time to give back. That is why Kanishk and Satyam decided to start 2023 by coming to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Delhi’s biggest Gurudwara that does Langar seva for as many as 1,50,000 people a day.

I'm not from Sikh community but Last year in June I visited gurdwara Bangla sahib for the first time and words can't describe how peaceful it felt. It was peak summers and a very sunny day. I had no energy when we went there, it was a sunny day and still when we stepped inside, it was such a perfect arrangement that we don't hurt our feet while walking barefoot. The sounds of kirtan was just so peaceful and gave a sense of calmness. The food that was served as Prasad was very simple food yet delicious , it felt like nectar. The water that was served was so chilled and I felt like having it again and again. It was a divine feeling. In our outside world we're all different but when we entered the premises we were all equal, no matter which religion you follow, no matter if you're rich or poor , higher class or lower class, you're all equal. The pond inside the gurdwara was very beautiful. I will never forget that experience ever.
Every religion have their beauty... their peace, their vibes... but, moslty people did not understand... they want to see other that our religion is on top, sbse ancient... they won't understand how is the vibes of every religion places... Mndir , mjid, gurudwara, n chruch...

Loved your intentionand willingness to go there and serve people. The reason, Bhai sahab ji interrupted you was that people usually come for seva while they are reciting kirtan or path, while some others get into a meditative rhythm while they are performing the seva, so if somebody is being too chaotic, it can lead to disturbance in other's experience. So, they just want to maintain order and decorum.

Nope when canada pm visited golden Temple, no one was scolding him all the media camera men were inside the temple and Trudeau was joking with other priests while making rotis. So basically rules aren't for everyone this guys were just a TH-camr that's why they get scolded
Amazing amazing video.. I am a Bengali and I have huge respect for the Sikh people... Their faith and courage inspires me a lot. They have steel body with a heart of gold... Anywhere everywherr in the world you will find Sikhs serving mankind regardless of cast or creed.. Huge respect for you people.. I wish to visit the Golden temple atleast once in my life.

yeah i have also respect them ...we Bengali , we celebrate all religious & cultural festivals... but one thing have u seen ,their unity in mind & work..u won't find that in us,... Have u ever noticed their attitudes toward us?? We often visit gurudwara, to pay our obeisance...how many of them come & visist our temples, math or mission...?? I'm not generalizing ... I've some sikh frnds ..they are like best human being.. they also agree with me in this regard
They might not visit other's religious places (I might be wrong) but they worship humanity..... Which in my opinion in much more pure form or devotion towards the almighty.... One doesn't need to worship idols or go to temples or darga or anywhere else if they have Almighty in their hearts... Entirely my opinion.
@@topshe i live in punjab and i disagree, here people visit everywhere, even there are some dargahs from pre partition and every year sikh people celebrate annual function in there and maintain them as they promised with muslim people who lived there earlier, It is a spectacular to see guys wearing turbans putting Chadar on the Graves, even though both are opposite beliefs, but humanity is no 1 ……leave ur hate, ur hatred spread mission is now exposed

I'm a catholic but I've been to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib many times. I've even spent time at their library. Feels like a peaceful getaway from city life. Thank you Ok Tested for this beautiful video.

Kanishk and Satyam the way you both respected Sikh community and its rituals its really a very proud moment to all of us I love the part where you did the seva and you showed everybody that regardless any religion or cast everyone can come to gurdwara or any holy place and be themselves have their time and moment and show the world that there are many things we should not you know go through some differences and religions we should respect every religion and that's really commendable both of you huge respects and lots of love

SHAKO mainly refers to share(vand) and have/ consume (shako) the tenth part of the income is at the name of lord and can be used in any way for service of humanity either direclty or through gurudwara sahib 🙏

being a muslim i still love sikh religion i have once visited fatehgarh sahib and had the best experience of my life..... specially the langar was so awesome and its so true that there is never an end to serving of food

Have visited many temples and churches. Indian hoke mandir nahi gaye aisa kaise ho sakta hai... Specially for us 90s kids. We grew up in a very different India. My dad's best friend was a Christian and he was our God father... Harry uncle...paala hai unhone...My neighbours used to call me for Saraswati Pooja and all their festivals and on Eid khuda kasam there would be more Hindus at our home than Muslims...poori building. Now it's not like that. Ab toh dar dar ke hi chalte hai.

Being a Punjabi i was soo happy seeing this video that watching this a lot of people will get knowledge about Sikh community.
And just wanted to share one thing in our family we never party or drink on new year eve, we always go to gurudwara sahib and enter or start our new year with 'wahaguru' jap... And that brings soo much positivity and great energy and a good start to the year...
Just a request, try this someday go to any worship place and just meditate or talk to god you will feel soo light and positive 100%
