Im going to be honest with you, hearing this remix kinda made me tear up a bit because Garcello's story is a sad one. A remix like this should be heard to all, its truly incredible.
I really liked this one; the cough at the start was a really solid start and it helped bring a different mood into the song. This almost feels like Garcello is trying to go out a "Warrior's death" where he knows he's sick and down but he _wants_ to go down with a fight. You could hear Boyfriend almost mocking while hyping him as he was coughed, but then the song did a full wind up and Garcello came in with a haymaker from fucking hell. Now, to truly give this its final grade, I will refer to the "Freestyle Finale" you always do, and honestly this one was really good. Normally you do a sick mashup, but here you did a true custom chart. It stayed close to source material, but bumped around enough to keep it like a solid remix like an almost final attack coming from Garcello, and each time one of them ends the other comes in 2 notes before the end as if each one is meant to lead into the other. And then the duet. The Duet is what really landed this in true "B-Side" territory to me, which is something I say as a compliment. Funny enough, the Duet isn't even my favorite part from the finale, my actual favorite comes from something much more subtle. Something that's both original and something that a lot of creators don't actually use at... all if I'm being honest. Right after the duet, at 2:43, when BF and Garcello sing they stop for a second to breathe, and the _fucking instrumental_ comes in and finishes their notes. *That* right there was a REALLY good touch that really makes the song feel the more all its own.
I don't know what to say. This comment right here is so fucking beautiful that it hurts! I'm so glad people can recognize my remix as its own unique thing. My thought when first creating this channel was "I want to make remix's like no one else" and I wanted people to hear how I envisioned the original songs (through my remix of it). But my true reason is that I just wanted to make people feel good and happy, even if its for like 3 minutes. I greatly appreciate this comment man, it means a lot to me :].
