Hi from Spain. Well when the guitar was returned both volume and tone controls for both pick ups did not function so I returned for a second time for repair. Two days ago they gave me my money back which I did not want. I told them I would be happy with any model of the SC-550 II but because I bought a "B" stock they said they could not replace it at the 245.00 Euro I paid for the guitar. They even told me to return the hard case which I bought for the guitar as part of my original order. Of course I incurred all the costs for the repair to the graphite nut and the traveling costs to my city post office three times. Maybe I was unlucky? Kind regards, John.
Sorry to hear that John. I've purchased 3 "B" stocks that arrived in mint condition. It's just unfortunate to hear you go through such an unpleasant experience perhaps it's just hard luck.

Hi, well mine arrived and I had to return it for repairs. First problem was the nut which needed all the slots filing down which I had done by a local Luther. It was unplayable at the first three frets just playing simple chords because the nut was set so high. But then the both the bridge and neck volume and tone controls stopped functioning. I just hope they fan fix the guitar because I really like it, the neck is really good, frets perfect. Once again great video and playing, John.
You have great technique. I ordered this exact model 7 days ago, I just hope it arrives OK. My first Harley Benton guitar, the specification....I just had to buy one.
