jesus man, for years I've been watching a tribute video for colin mcrae , a one with an iron maiden song. This just doesn't get old. Seriously, I've watched this thing maybe 200-300 times yet every time it sends chills down my spine and every other time I get tears in my eyes.
As a long time fan of yours I have to tell you, dude you know how to make the most epic videos on youtube, hands down, you have incredible talent. However I must say, filming yourself in secluded places trying to look dramatic takes away from the purity of the video and feels awkward and extremely out of place when its mixed in with some of the finest images in motorsports. That aside, you're one of the few people that truly understands what motorsports is all about....awesome job man
Tbh to me they actually sound better then V8s and V10s xD, but you can't deny how advanced they are, from such a small displacement to produce over thousand horsepower and without need to replace them after every race.
Senna was not the best driver... i think Michael Schumacher is the best sebastian Loeb is in 2nd place and then comes Senna in 3rd And that is not my opinion...this is the truth
People wrote above what it is. It is Senna after he wins the Brazilian GP at Interlagos. He screams because his hands and shoulders are burning not because of fire but because muscle spasms. Read above why is that! It is shown in the SENNA movie.
The Voice of Ayrton Senna...the voice of a god...he will be forever missed...the man who had no equal...his only equal was God himself...may he always rest in peace...the GOD OF F1 Ayrton Senna Di Silva..
when you see senna holding Brasil flag on the podium, when you see what they all have to go through to reach the top, than you can really respect motorsport ! great video, almost bursted into tears when i saw it and im not ashamed to say that. cheers to all motorsport fans and lunatics all over the world !
Motorcycles are more dangerous than cars... MotoGP is more dangerous than Group B Isle of Man TT is more dangerous than MotoGP I like cars (Especially F1 and Le Mans), but I LOVE super bikes. 2:41 That's what I mean... "Death wobble, a.k.a Tank Slapper"
I help anytime They're both dangerous, nothing is more dangerous than the other, they're all the same. It's the person who pilots them that's going to affect themselves.
I help anytime : Why is it that in every motorsport video there has to be a token MotoGP person claiming how great and dangerous MotoGP is. Technically, motorcycles are indeed more dangerous, but...... WHO GIVES A F..K !!! Just enjoy whatever you enjoy and allow others to enjoy what they enjoy in peace. I personally get no pleasure of riding a motorcycle around a track. I keep thinking, if I can do this in a proper car, with pedals and a steering wheel, why do I need to be sitting in this awkard contraption ?? But then again, we all have different pleasures. For me, it's manipulating the steering wheel and operating the pedals to manipulate the car and hit the entry point, apex, and exit point perfectly every corner, every lap, and then do it with 19 other cars on the same track as me.
It's so difficult to make a film about the build up to the start, I tried and wasn't satisfied with my efforts. You've achieved what I hoped to, thank you!
It is Senna's scream after winning the Brazilian GP (Interlagos) for the first time in 1991 and after driving the last 7 laps stuck in 6th gear in one of his most epic performances.
Motorsport is the Grand Opera of our century, not even possible bofore the last 125 years...it is the art of our technological age, where art, money, beauty, sport and drama combine with technology. There has been nothing like it in recorded history, the greatest international sport in history, and we are the generation lucky enough to have been on the earth when it occured.
@Pereke69 I think it is James Hunt...It looks like him with that hair and also, just recently I watched an old GP and Murray Walker said, that once Hunt retired and hit a marshall
Antti, your ability to romanticize motorsports is wonderful. Keep up the good work! I truly admire your edits and I hope to share it at my blog, flappypaddle-heads.blogspot, with as many people as I can. I hope we can infect others with the same enthusiasm we have for cars and for life. Cheers!
Yep... after that he promply passed out. In addition to being exhausted, he had tightened his harnesses so tightly that he had partially cut the circulation off to his arms, so for a couple hours after the race he could barely move.
Does anyone know who that guy is at 3:13 that is hitting that other man? And what that was all about anyway? It looks to me as if it is James Hunt but I could be terribly wrong about that!
I have tried to find some sort of reporting on how this happend but can't find anything on google... lets hope it's included in the move "rush" when it comes out next year!
@henkkaS4 I know, that wasn't my question. I wanted to know who the person is who quoted him, since this obviously isn't Freud himself talkin about what he once said.

The strangest thing happened to me as I watched this. An emotion not of sorrow but excitement that nearly made me cry.
Great video, but it is too much about Senna. F1 history is much bigger than a single driver, despite his great talent.

the music is called mars and is the sound track to the heavy rain game
and fits perfectly with this
