Not only is Dan the most amazing singer on TH-cam and beyond, he is also compassionate. I have never seen anyone else do something like this for a fan. I’m sure this is one of the many reasons he has so many loyal fans. Dan almost always looks directly into the camera, but when he doesn’t want the song to be about him, he never looks at the camera. He is the most considerate artist I know of. Thank you for your reaction to Dan.

The story behind this song is as beautiful as Dan's voice singing it for a lady whose husband is dying and who loves Mr Vasc's music. It is so wonderful that he would sing this especially for them.

Dan did a cover of The Last Goodbye a few months after his dad passed. You can hear and see the emotion in his voice. He said he left it that way because it was how he felt.
