I quite like this one. We started with a new Adria Optima in 1991, kept it for 22 years, and it was extremely well built. I love the rear end and those roads lights.

I like the idea of a front kitchen, it gives a bit more privacy from people walking by and looking in, mid lounge works for me! didn't see you at the show, i went Saturday, was ok, but no swift or sprite i could see, some nice vans n campers/motorhomes but way out of normal worker type budget, i earn 35k to 40k and i couldn't afford anything on display even if i paid over 10 years! best wishes bud

Costs are high and publishing has taken a hit i am now on minimum wage - so no new vans for me anytime soon - yes I was there on the Saturday shame I didnt see you for a chat - yes front kitchens were the norm here years ago but continental folk love them - thanks for your comments Michael

Entertaining review as usual Andy, front end kitchen wouldn't be our cup of tea. Good looking modern style van though with quality finishes but that has to come at a premium price too. Like some of the comments it wouldn't be in my price range either. Washroom could be a bit tight for some.

Great new Adria caravan looks good.
Now funny how you thought the opening front sunroof on the Pursuit you reviewed was not very good and not really a sunroof, although it came from the Bailey Motorhome range. Yet you now say the Adria one is fantastic just like one from a motorhome which quite clearly it's not as it's far to big. Need some consistency I think. Good looking van though although I'm not a transverse bed fan.

Hi Mike - the Adria one is superior to the Pursuit and I know the Adria one is not from motorhome but it is a good unit with no leaks as far as I can tell. the Pursuits just to me feels a tad lack lustre - but great to hear your thoughts and thankyou

Personally I don't see the big deal with pleated blinds. Front kitchen is an interesting one, not a fan of the exterior with the front window making it look more like a budget van to me, whereas the interior is clearly top end.
I think the key issue with a front kitchen is view. With the centre lounge, you've very little view (unless you're looking through the kitchen etc or a tiny window), and even less if you've got an awning up. The solid partition is essential, those concertina things are horrendous! The cupboard doors in the bathroom would be better opening opposite rather than in the same direction.

Front kitchn has been popular abroad here to once over - pleated blinds is just a more up-market thing but can be fragile with small hands! Yes the cupboard doors do get in the way as you say and the washroom is quite narrow - great to hear your views
