I had always been told that the tightened was the fleshy part of the eye. I overproduce tears, so it always smudged so I just didn't bother with it. This has just made my life so much easier! Thank you, Smitha!

Brava Smitha! This is such an important video. You have perfectly defined what tightlining really is. I am so glad that you did this because lining the fleshy part of the upper eyelid (i.e. waterline) is really not the best thing to do for the health of our eyes. Your demonstration was excellent and so easy to follow. I love the look that you created. I would appreciate knowing which brush you used to connect the wing to the upper lashline. Also appreciate your explanation about the brush for the Fenty mascara. You create the most stunning and tasteful looks. Thank you!

The one Kajal pencil that I absolutely fell in love with is that Kay beauty waterproof 24hr Kajal. It retails for just ₹299/- and it doesn’t transfer, doesn’t smudge & stays put. It doesn’t transfer on your lower lash line when you tight line your upper lashline

She put it on the flesh part of my eye and that's how I have done it ever since. I love your technique!!! Converted. Wonder what other makeup advice, I have gotten and still get that isn't accurate?? My question to you is: Does the same rule apply when using a nude or white eyeliner to tightline? If so, how do we avoid getting product smudged in our lower lashes?
