Wow, Derrick is a rare breed right there. Haven't seen a single Tuber actually setup a UV even close to correctly, and then Derrick comes along and runs all his return water through a UV big enough to handle the water flow, restoring some faith there is at least a few people out there that know what they are doing.

They are! 150W dual units. That and maintaining good healthy diets for all his fish.

Fresh water dips on clams really?! Good to know! Any type of clam can withstand freshwater?
Not entirely sure about each species reaction, but I have heard of freshwater dips being good for them in case of pests. Derricks anecdotes are another success story as well! He had Derasa and Maxima clams.

basic 4 sides and a bottom tank like every other tank.....but custom. 🤣🤣🤣
Well he built the entire system himself, and along with the overflow side which he talks about in the video. Was a complete close loop system as well. Custom frag tank / sump down below as well. Seems fairly custom to me!
