    전압과 개선[루트포함] 간격이 생명이군요...초정밀해야 잘 나오겠죠...
    이게 무시되면 용접 할아비도 하기 힘듬...일관적 속도[위빙]를 낼수가 없어서...
    아마도 3년 이하 공들 중 치부의 중요성을 다소 무시하는 공들이 가끔 있슴...
    여튼 잘 봤네요...

    백비드 낼때 3.2mm텅스텐 사용시 전류는 얼마로 해야 좋을까요?

      댓글 감사드립니다. 모재의 사이즈나 갭의 기준에 따라 다르겠지만 카본 150A기준 갭 4mm~5mm 베벨각(한면기준)30도 전후 가정시 90~100정도로 사용하는듯 합니다. 좋은밤 되세요^^

    관통은 고사하고 용접봉공급할때 안 흔들리게 하는게 어렵더라고요
    오버헤드에서 수직올라가는 부분에서 백비드가 종종 터지는데 공급이 제대로 안되어서 그런가요? 전류에 비해 위빙이 느려서 그런가요?

      댓글 감사드립니다. 봉공급에서의 문제일 확률이거나 말씀주신것처럼 아크전류와 와이어송급의 밸런스가 맞지 않아서 그런것 같네요. 테크부위나 개선부위에 용접봉 지지를 최대한 하셔서 흔들리지 않게 용접하시고 송급량에 맞는 적정전류타이밍을 찾으시는것을 추천드립니다. 다소 당영한 이야기 밖에 드리지 못하는점 양해 부탁드립니다. 즐거운 추석 연휴 되세요^^
