Love the channel, great stories if you're from Melbourne you can definitely relate to. Keep the same style you'll have a very successful channel. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
I worked at inflations as a bus boy 1999 for a few years. King st was crazy best memories. The guards back in them times were like family to all the staff. These videos you're making are bringing back a lot of missing memories 😂😂. Awesome work keep them coming 🤙
Hey Danny, cheers for shining a light on the CBD. Especially the Russell st ep. My family ran a hostess club for decades above Spaghetti Tree. The Russell st ep reminded me of when I got kicked out of Altitude Bar for being a young smartass. 🫣😉 Cheers to the Melbourne Club scene.✊️
NEEEEEDDDD a part 2! Would be interested to know his opinion of female guards and what its like for them! I've noticed a few more female guards within the industry over the last couple years that I've been working Chapel and CBD clubs and it intrigues me a lot
In 2018 Melbourne people set up a task force to focus on African crime, they were concerned about being labelled racist and soon after disbanded the task force, they then stopped recording ethnicity in their crime reporting.
29:11 there is one or two that i constantly seen at festivals. Anders from in flames yelled out to one 2 years ago "hey wheels, do you drink" and throws him a beer.
I used to work at Goldfingers in Melbourne on King st .the boys aka security guards where the shield to the workers.they are awesome and dudan amazing job
Talking about audio with footage, in Perth all big venues guards have to wear body cam with audio its fucked. A few rogue guards write shit like come at me bro on their palms so wankers kick off so they can justify the force when the footage just shows them putting their hand up to tell someone to stop
Fantastic chat, but we really need to talk about the security industry to change the regulations in protection equipment as guards are totally defensive in situations.
the license course is still pretty fast n loose hahaha i just got did my seccy course and it was meant to be 7 days, we were finished in 4 cause each day was just told what to write in the course booklet thing. you're pretty much going to leave there qualified, hardest part is getting in to get your fingerprints done cause the jacks cbf calling you back to book the appointment lol
I will admit I seen quite a few thumb nails for Danny rants and thought' who's this flop?' But this interview is great. Do more with security guards... really interesting.
Yeh I worked on the doers for 8 years but got out because it was bringing in people that were for the image and u couldn’t trust to be by your side but have plenty of awesome stories ✌️✌️🤜🤜👊
I really respect the positive message at the end about how his attitude towards security changed over time. Great ep, cheers.
No problem, thank for listening.

That was something else at Kittens when Jay was on the door. 200+ naked women and about 1000 blokes in the middle of winter.
Sick video Danny! Keep it up brother

So what as a seccy you have to wait to get hit first before you can protect yourself ?
Well yeah, makes sense. Self defense or it’s assault
Love your videos bro but the editing on this is full on feel like I’m watching this at twice the speed. Anyway it’s a great interview
Thanks bro!

great eipsode - I am certain I've seen him outside of Revs in my time haha
What seperates average Melbourne security from the Crown Boys, those guys are intense

@@Dannysrantsa few of the guys who worked around the clubs ended up at crown after clubs started closing

Bar 20 was the best ran… apparently…was told.
Unreal 😂
Wish he told a story about the time he run into the wrong blokes and got a tapping. Just remember there is always someone out there that is tougher.
