I absolutely love this sound. I love how predictable and hypnotic it is - it lulls my brain into this sense of calm because it’s the same sound in a similar pattern, just going around and around. When I get stressed or I can’t sleep because of racing thoughts, this is the type of sound that helps more than anything else. Awesome job!!

is there any possible way you’d do a longer/looped version of this trigger?? it’s the only thing I’ve found that’s helped my ADHD self enter true meditation, which is incredibly powerful since I‘ve been trying for years. I’ve put it on repeat but get jolted out of it by the ads!

Oh my god! This is a trigger that I've known I've always had but never saw a video for before! Thank you so much! If you ever do another video with circular motions could you do like hand rubbing in circular motions? It's suuuuper soothing to me. Adding lotion or oil to it would be fabulous too!!
