Hey. Yep blood golems are interesting vs bosses with their open wounds, but clay golem is more damage and they have splash damage as well and this is nice against the minions in Uber Trist. You could eventually do a combo and summons 3 clay and 2 blood for ubers. then you get some open wounds and still have more decent damage with clay.
Indeed the clay golems damage isn't the main source of damage it comes more from revives. I still prefer amp over decrepify because amp get more phys pierce anyway, i believe i had something arround - 24 phys pierce, while decrepify is - 10 phys. Also i played an act 3 fire merc for a while and the phys pierce is nice for their meteors.
