    I happen to enjoy bts even though I'm in my 40s and i enjoy how u made it look simple. What are the physical benefits for the intro move on the heels?

      thank you! intro moves - engage your core and balancing. it shouldn't be hard on your knees. if too challenging to do, we recommend trainers and students to skip that moves too. :)

      +dark vendetta Hi, I will say you will need to seek your doc advice and consent please, and modify the moves to suit your range of movements. Generally, feeling a severe or sharp pain is not a good thing when you do the moves. Everyone is different, so with the help of your physician, know your body can and cannot, and the limits and modify the moves accordingly. Thank you for supporting!
