    I love it! I'm from Brazil and this help me a lot to waste my weight! I hate that boring exercises, but I love to dance. Now I really think I can wast weight! Thank you! I wish Kpopxfitness could be here in Brazil for me workout with you girls! haha

    It is so helpful and I feel not bored at all with this workout rather than with all those workout at school with Ariana grande"s songs

    This video is great. Im thinking of doing a before and after pic. I think these dances will burn some calories, yes?

      Keep doing it at least 30min a day and ensure your food intake is the same. (never increase)

      @@kpopxfitness i have 2 ruptured discs in my back and both of my knees have torn acl reconstruction. Is it ok to do this even though it hurts? Should i change the amount of food i eat to only 1000 calories a day?

      @@violetlove1893 Hi, modify the moves to suit your body, pls do check with your doc and physiotherapist on the range of movements you can do and not do or even how to modify. BTW Maddy has runners' knees condition before she started kpopX fitness.as for food - 1000 a day is too low. I cannot advise too as I am not sure your needs in a day. In short stick to changing food to good food, and as long calories burn can exceed calories in- it takes 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, crash diet doesn't work in long run. download myfitnesspal to monitor food intake. :)

      I said this is because many ppl after exercise more , also unconsciously ate more and counteract the good effort.

      @@kpopxfitness I'm having a surgical procedure done thursday morning. And i will ask my dr about the knee and bending moves. But i still want to do upper body work out.. Do u have link to ur fitness pal?

    meron poba kayong kpop workout na step by step ? dikopo kase masundan ung sayaw hehe mabilis po kase atsaka dikopo alam kung left or right magstart :) yun lang po but I appreciate your choreo :* keep it up :* kamsahamnida :)
