Hey Charline! Thanks so much, I'm glad you found it useful. I've gone with Plunkett Homes and have loved the experience so far! I'm in Perth though, so if you're in a different state there will be different builders. Sorry for the confusion with how long it takes to build. The build process is much shorter than that. For our two-storey build our builder estimated 12 months and are running 3 months ahead of schedule (lucky us!). It's taken my partner and I two years from the time we first purchased our block of land, to then researching which builder to go with, waiting for the title to be put on the land, then starting to draw up plans to now. You've made me realise I should probably go into some detail about my own experience with building timelines :) Ill put that on my list for a future video!! x
That sounds like an intense but rewarding project! I hope it all goes well for you. I've personally had a great experience going through a builder here in Perth and only time will tell how well built it is!

I'll be self building. The houses in Australia are poorly designed and just as poorly built.
