The interview with Sterling is like a little gem. Like serendipitously meeting a charming, gracious person while traveling and chatting it up and time stops as you just enjoy good company.
I have to believe you on that one. Our mom was adamant about Michelle not getting with Sterling. When she defided to go to grad school at NYU mom was a bit dismayed 😂😂😂😂
Was the mother in law colourist? His hair was straggly and he is dark? Is it that that was a thing for her. Because if not, there is no way you could see a man that handsome, method acting when young and think " stay away." It just sounds off ( i.e. not the first time I have heard his story about his MIL).
@@mariannesouza8326 yup! And the fact that his dad (character) dies at the start and his son (character) dies at the end -- that would tramautize me too lol
@@NC-gm2lb i appreciate randall because i've never seen this kind of blk man on screen. while he and i are different kinds of blk men, im glad the public gets to see the complexity and range his character brings.
@@NC-gm2lb it's not a single trait, but rather a combo of traits that make randall an intriguing and complex character: (1) he's super smart and high achieving but has a blk wife and isn't an uncle tom. (2) he's manly, self-centered, and hates to ask for help. yet he's caring, responsible and unafraid to express love for wife, kids and community. (3) he deals with mental health issues, but he's idealistic and tends to look for good in others. we don't see layered blk men on television often enough. we're usually restricted to some remix of hypermasculine and hypersexual tropes.
Great actor and a great storyteller! Just a great person overall. His mother in law probably loves him now 😂
This guy's like borderline royalty.
I mean, he technically is Prince N'Jobu

He tells the same story about his son’s reaction to Peter Parker dying in Infinity War on Kimmel
Tamta Pataridze Good story worth repeating. It’s all so real, to little kids. Poor little guy.

Heck of a way to find out the word on the street is that you're a horrible actor...
Seth knows he's a horrible actor. He joked about his wide range playing a "white man aged anywhere between 25-30" when he was on SNL.
I like Sterling but I really don't like his character on This is Us.
Why? Is it because he is black?
@@MrPent9295 Not at all. I like him as a person and actor...I just don't like his character on the show.
