      @tincho Depends where you're at physically. Today was my first try and I gave up just before last 2 exercises of second set. The hardest thing is doing pull-ups, I did maybe 6 of them and 3-4 were decent. I plan to complete it in one month without expecting to complete pull-ups.

    I just finished this workout it took me about 35 minutes and I've been working out regularly for a year and a half (weight lifting). This is definitely a workout you can only complete in 20 minutes if you're already decently athletic. Don't take it personally, guys, just do what you can and the progress will come!

    Im about 2 months into this workout at 4 times a week (adding 20 pullups, 1 set of 10 And then 2 sets of five) and I am more muscular than I have ever been, with a stronger core. Ive worked out consistently for 3 years And this Body weight exercise beats every weight lifting régimen Ive been on. No gym, no probleeemmm!!!!! Do this workout!!!

      @@88_AC I let myself rest more in between, And I do more pull ups than stated here (those and the burpees are the best part of the workout imo) so I still spend about 40 min on the workout. But if you push it, you can def do the simple version in 25 minutes after building up insurance And strength for a couple weeks

    As a scaling option for this workout, try this: Break any or all the exercises into more manageable parts. For example, if you can't do 30 pushups, do as many as you can (with a couple still left in the tank), rest for 10 or more seconds, do a few more...all the way up to the 30. It will take you longer, but you'll be able to do the total number in no time. A legit quick workout.

    Guys, take your time and work your way up to these numbers. Take breaks between or during sets as needed. Just because you don't reach those numbers doesn't mean you failed.

      Start with 1 round and try to do that daily for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks you should be able to add a 2nd round.

    Man forget the work out, I want to have a cool deep voice like him. It's kind of funny how he talks, but also cool. It's very structured, slow and clear. Maybe because he's doing a presentation but still.

    That's quite an efficient body workout routine! Since I'm not at the level of fitness, I'm starting with half of the reps, starting at 25 jumping jacks, 20 body squats, 15 push-up, ect. and work up to the full reps as I develop my strength and endurance.

    I’m a personal trainer so was expecting some weak ass generic workout like ten push ups ten mountain climbers etc but this was actually super dope I’m gonna try it!! And he’s so polite haha

      @H P Yeah, maybe for the long run, but if you're a beginner a personal trainer can help a lot with form. Beginners usually have no clue what proper form is and they injure themselves. So, it can be helpful to have like two sessions.

    I worked out for an hour and 10 mins today. Jogged for 15 mins, followed by this brilliant workout and finished three rounds in 35 mins, then finally ended it with 50 pull ups and some core exercises. My body is so sore! Finished my post workout meal , it's that magical time where I can just drop on my bed and wake in a couple of hours! Thank you for this routine, I'll be following this for a while. :)
    P.S: For those of you wondering how I was able to do so many pull-ups, I've been working out for the last 5 years. I used to lift heavy, however; due to an internal injury, I have been advised not to do weights anymore. So, I have been doing body weight exercises strictly, for the last year.

    I did this workout yall. I do it 2 times a week. best time is 26 minutes. It's a fantastic workout. Just make sure you have a Pull Up bar. If not, don't do the Pull Ups that's fine. It's a fantastic yet basic workout. Really loved it. Thanks SKB

    Recap in case you don’t want to watch the whole video:
    50 Jumping Jacks
    40 Squats
    30 Pushups
    20 Butt ups
    10 Burpees
    10 Pull-ups
    Repeat 3 times.
    If you don’t have the pull-up bar in your home, there are a bunch of alternatives with a towel or even staffs that you can use as a replacement. I suggest doing a bit more of those since they don’t hit the muscle as much, but hey, it’s something!

    Did 2 sets with pull-ups. For the 3rd set I did just 50 burpees. Couldn’t do more felt like I was gonna die. If you haven’t worked out since the lockdown this is definitely not gonna be easy to start off with.

    I first saw Brown on Supernatural a long time ago and right away you could tell he was something. Guy has charisma for days and talent to boot. Good at home workout, and 1-2 sets would make a wicked finisher to a gym workout too.
