I've got the deck lid to the SW&C Willys setting in my garage all crated up and ready to ship to its new owner. Mike put a new deck lid on it when he restored the car.
When I was a lad of 10 years old, I found myself at the drags a lot with my uncles. The Stone Woods and Cook Willys was my favorite and one of my first models I built. Fast forward 50 years, Im selling, on eBay, the magnesium blower intake manifold from one of the SW&C engines. How do I know its from the car?. Because Mike Cook is a good friend on mine and I've been selling off all the old race stuff from the team. Small world sometimes.
hi rick. do you have any pix of the engine or the car? i'm interested to know more about it. how long did you race it? what was it's quickest et and mph?

thats how you drove em, let them have their head!
I don't actually believe that first car was a gasser, looked more like a Fiat fuel altered.

Gassers give me the Willys!
Willys are the ultimate in gassers

Gassers will never die. Maybe the occasional Christmas tree but never Gassers!
