Heater hose is typically 1/2" or 5/8" or 3/4" Lowe's or hardware store will likely have PVC pipe fittings with barbed ends. Odd angles may require threading two or three pieces together.

Pressure range of cooling system 13 to 21 psii. PEX tube is engineered to 300 psi. Fyi..

If you ever need a good "rubberized paint" to flow and seal leaks and what not... try Flex Seal. You can paint it on with a brush (kinda) and it flows smooth for a good look and it is fairly friendly to dirty or rusty surfaces.
