    IT IS NO DIFFERENT????? IF THE FEDS WANT THEIR PART THE WEED SHOPS SHOULD GET ALL THE BENIFITS, THERE ARE COUNTLESS FEDERAL BENEFITS OUT THERE, BUT WEED SHOPS GET NONE OF THAT, AND YET THEY HAVE TO PAY MORE. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THAT IS NOT THE CLEAREST EXAMPLE OF TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.

    Is Marijuana grown in house and sold, reported as Farm income and expenses or as ordinary business income and expenses?

      If your marijuana business is largely agricultural (farming) in nature, Schedule F will contain more descriptive categories for you. If the majority of your income comes from retail sales use Schedule C. The taxation is very similar for the two schedules.
