I sometimes miss the old channel theme, where Christian used to do budget travel, and not spend extravagantly. I understand, he is now a big influencer but still, the old channel, even though the editing was not so good, but the originality, the rawness, the backpacker side of the things was something to look out for.
Still, one of my fav travel channels, keep up the good work :)
Me too, i loved watching the adventures that comes with budget travel and the simple editing, it just made it so relatable for normal people like us :-D

I wouldn't recommend it if you're a solo female traveler. I'm a guy, and was there in cairo around 3 months ago, and had a terrible time in the pyramids because of the scammers. They're everywhere and will try to take advantage of you. It's really unfortunate that such a historic place is ruined by some people ...
@@noka5730 Yeah, one of the reasons why I haven't been there yet is because I think it would be safer if I had people with me. It's truly a shame that wonderful places are ruined by people who are thirsty for money.

The best videos I've ever watched from Lost LeBlanc are the ones that you traveled with your freinds in Romania and Bulgaria. It's close to life and kinda approachable. I really miss that style of Lost Leblanc.
This mirrored my experiences in Egypt almost exactly. Loved Luxor, Karnak, Valley of the Kings, the hot air ballon ride over the valley, Abu Simbel, etc. but Cairo - not so much. It was way too dangerous and chaotic in Dec. 2015. I will say though I was amazed at how you were able to film in The Valley of the Kings. We were constantly monitored while we were there and we couldn't even snap a photo with our phone. Maybe that is the beauty of no one else being there? Great video and editing as always!

I just watched a doc on Egypt with my parents the other day, so this has come at the perfect time. I wanna visit so bad! 😍 My parents are lucky- they used to live in Cairo and got to go back and visit a few years ago!

I am an Egyptian kiving in Sohag so Luxor is close to me but I never had the chance to go to those places. What an amazing and refreshing video and I totally agree, Cairo would give me a nervous breakdown really and this is why I don't like to go there at all.

How have I missed the upload of this video?! Soooo fun to watch,so dynamic! Looks like the weather was very nice. I went to Hurgada and Luxor at the beginning of May 2021 (btw diving in the Red sea...you musttttt), and it was 47 Celsius in the shade.. so, walking around the rocky Valley of the Kings felt like being baked for supper :D Luckily, there weren little tourists throughout, too.
