A melhor gravação de "Boheme" de todos os tempos. Uma gravação magnífica. Nenhum elenco canta como os desta gravação, Tebaldi e Bergonzi são mágicos, simplesmente perfeitos. Esta é a gravação definitiva de La Boheme. Bergonzi foi excelente, como sempre, e Corena estava com uma voz verdadeiramente magnífica. Esta também pode ser considerada a melhor gravação do lendário Serafin.

When I was 17 years old , waiting for a bus to take me home , I wandered into a record shop and browsed. I found an album which was La Boheme featuring Renata Tebaldi and Carlo Bergonzi. I don't remember what prompted me to buy this particular record. It must have been fate.
When I got home , I went to my room and put on this album. What an emotional overload . I had never heard anything quite as beautiful before or since . I fell in love with Renata at that moment. I have been faithful to her for 63 years. I still have the album .
