Wow. The guy riding without fins is super-impressive if you've ever tried to catch a wave on one of these mats. I guess the trick is to take off in the white-water. I surfed, bodysurfed, paipo-boarded, windsurfed my whole life. And now I kiteboard. But I have a Krypt mat, and damn, if I can't get into a wave with it. I even used to ride a belly-bag in big Makapu'u in my youth. I guess I need to keep trying. Great video! and very inspirational.

Totally a legit surf craft so portable double as a mattress camping
Guess no leash holding onto the fabric with a death grip is how you would get out the back don't reckon they would handle oversized, barrelling powerful situations maybe they could the esky lid brigade have a good go but more often than not get pounded into oblivion
I actually bought a krypt from the Lennox head dude only used it once
Best bit was packing it up and it takes up no space I got to get past feeling like a dickhead riding a surfmat....
