You’re asking a murderer to be his own Judge in court. That’s disgusting and unacceptable.
There are different branches in the Israeli army, and there are independent mechanisms for investigations that proved to give just conclusions in the past.

Just and harsh judgement were given against Israeli soldiers when one was deemed needed and true.
Why are you so fast to deny the justice of a democratic state, but also so fast to accept the findings published by a terror organization?
Not that it means that this is untrue, but just that investigation is indeed needed.

Historically speaking, every time the government of the Strip counted the civilians, this was corroborated by outside evidence that there were MORE victims than were originally thought. So Palestinian victims are UNDER-COUNTED.
And the IDF has been shown to lie time & time again.
So no, the UK shouldn't wait for the IDF, but directly stop all arms sales. It should have happened a long time ago.

Gaza is a very small and very dangerous place for journalists and I think and wish they could go inside soon and investigate.

There's no evidence of that, not even a photo or video. These graves were dug by Gazans in January and there's videos of that and they also admitted that.
How can you go up there and say "misconduct" after hearing of children in mass graves with hands tied behind their back?
The UK Tories suggesting that murder suspects investigate themselves is certainly some radical thinking.
I recall the spurious story of 40 babies being beheaded with some being burned in an oven, on the seventh of October attack by Hamas, which turned out to be a load of Israeli propaganda, for the world condemnation of Hamas and to give them the right to destroy Palestine.

Hospital staff were on the record in January, stating that they were being forced to bury their dead in the hospital grounds, because they couldn't access normal graveyards. You(the SNP) need to prove it's a war crime, because at the moment, all evidence (including open-source satellite imagery), plus statements from January - which the BBC, amongst many other were reporting, suggest that these were graves dug by Palestinians using the hospital over the winter.
WTF!!!! Those graves were there when the IDF showed up at both of those hospitals. The staff of those hospitals said they had to bury them in haste because of the fighting.
Don't let details and facts get in the way of a good political opportunity - we're talking about the SNP here.

20 percent of Israeli voters are Arabs. The Arabic democratic party is one of the largest in the Israeli Knesset. They even been part of government and held powerful seats in the previous government.
Israel has shown in the last years that it's one of the strongest democracy in the world.
I completely disagree. This has always been the case, and there is nothing new, authoritarian countries like North Korea have called themselves democratic from the beginning. But its really not too hard to see if a country has reached a true authoritarian dictatorship because by that point all elections are rigged, which agencies monitor. I think the much larger issue is the view that democracy = no war crimes or really just a good country in general, an absolutely ludicrous belief held by the Deputy Prime minister. You can argue its better than Russia for war crimes if you really tried but just simply saying they are too high standard to do such a thing because they are democratic is insanity.
