That saxophone section was DYNAMITE!... well balanced. Each demonstrating a high-level of skill in their interpretation of their instrument. Absolutely Excellent show!
Yeah they’re good but I feel like the lead alto could use more expressiveness like bends and falls. However their technique is really good! Great section for sure
eccezionale tecnica musicale, formidabile ensemble, molto interessanti gli assoli di tutti i giovani musicisti. Complimenti sinceri per l'intero concerto
Yo that pianist with glasses is so insane!!

The sax soli on the first tune was awesome. Great band
Ethan looks like he has so much control and freedom on the kit. Like he can just play exactly what he hears. Superb player.
59:41 solo break, and the whole solo in general is so good and nasty!
Evidence was my favorite y’all was wonderful.
Had the immense privilege of attending the Cape Town concert. It was mesmerizing, to say the least.

Is 54:00 a lick from Nathaniel Williford’s solo on Roll ‘Em last NYO season? Or is that from something else that they both individually quoted?
they are quoting rhythm-a-ning
sounds like rhythm-a-ning but its also nathaniel's exact line so she might be quoting him
I’m in shambles
It’s just say amazing🎉
