He had a bad first impression of them all, but don't act like you all don't treat people on how you first see them. Remember, all Neito knew about them was from what his classmates said. After that, at the sports festival, Katsuki acted exactly how his classmates told him. He probably thought that, if they were right about Katsuki, they were most likely right about the rest of the class as well. The creater of BHNA also said, "Since all he knew of Class A was from what TetsuTetsu reported back and Katsuki's declaration of War, I personally don't think he's that bad of a kid. But I really made a mess of things with how hateable he ended up. So it's all Katsuki's fault. Monoma did nothing wrong!" I personally do not believe Neito hasn't done anything wrong, but I also don't believe he is doing anything wrong. He is in the wrong for treating them like that based on assumptions, but his reasoning is actually something we see a lot in the modern world. Take Katsuki and Izuku for example. Katsuki bullied Izuku, right? And why? Most people say it is because of his childhood. They say he treats him like that because it's what he was taught, but what if the same happened to Neito? What other reasons do you have to justify his actions, what other reason do you have to say what Neito did is worse? I mean, at least Neito isn't physically harming them. Hell, Class A doesn't even seem to be hurt by what Neito says. /But I respect people who dislike him, these are just mostly filled with my opinions./
