We were at on Chatham Island early January (last week) 2023 for 5 nights. We did so much in those 4 days, Kiangaroa was a treat with us getting a feed of paua close by. We drove further on to see the Sunderland that crashed on this island many years ago, then carried on to the 'moonscape' where the seal colony is. If you make the choice to go to the Chathams, cross ya fingers for the weather and do everything thats offered. A great holiday and we lucked in.
