The property is quite sweet. I know when I've been watching far too many property tours when l think this property is quite cheap as opposed to £40 million🤣 l think its priced just right. The view is quite urban, l would loved to have seen the view at night. I also just realised yourself and your colleague/partner are architects. I would love to find out how you set out designing a project. Awful development with the thinnest walls you will ever find. You can even hear your neighbours peeing on top of playing music until 4am, shouting and fighting until 3am and much more when you need to be up for work at 6am. Probably the worst place I've lived in.
