For the cake
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
For the milk soak
1/2cup cream
2.5 cups
4 tbsps granulated sugar
For the caramel sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp butter
