A new Neptunia game with the return of English Dub and the return of CPU Candidates, as not only a Neptunia fan but also a fan of the CPU Candidates especially Nepgear and Uni (I also like Rom and Ram too but Nepgear is my favorite character in general and Uni is tied with Noire for second favorite character), I like and approve of this, so very much.
It's highly unlikely Tara Platt will be Vert again despite her triumphant return as Edelgard. As for Erin Fitzgerald, no one seems to have heard hyde nor hair of her.
I honestly hope that Ram will get to actually interact with Noire in this game. I've dreamed about that since Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded and Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Lol I love how that robot had its name changed from Seely to Ziri in the international release. Probably to keep the pronunciation the same as the Japanese pronunciation was already quite close to "Siri"

This time will be the first time in a long time, I buy something that's purely Compile Heart/Idea Factory developed. THIS WILL BE IT, however. I'm hoping with new things shuffled around, with the president and higher ups at the company, and the new blood in there, actually makes a game this time. If not I'll be disappointed, but hey the best characters seem to be finally getting the spotlight again. This could either be the best thing to happen to the series in 10 years, or below average again, we'll see. But overall I'm starting to not care, was a fan maybe 7-8 years ago, but I started to see the obvious cracks..... after awhile. But there's no more chances after this one, hope you all enjoy it regardless. As of now; _I'm cautiously optimistic._

Surprised that new Neptunia games are coming out, but I guess I'm pretty happy as well considering I plan on animating with Neptune (and the rest) as she's vital and important character in my animation series. Hopefully y'all make some HD models of Neptune on the same level of the ones you got for Nepgear and the gang in this game. I would count Senran and Virtual Stars but she doesn't wear her default outfit in Virtual Stars and in Senran the model is made to fit in with the rest. Still, good shit regardless.
I don't expect much from this game, starting with the decrease of a character in the team, the end of turn battles and nerfed CPUs (HDD mode only for a while). Worst game ever. Decadence of a series I liked.

@@patyos2: At least you understand patyos. Something that other people didn't understand, was the few times Senran Kagura did get English VAs, it was up to other studios, that are completely independent from Marvelous. Also that's an adorable Nymph profile picture you have. She's also my favorite.
@@patyos2 To be more precise, yes Virtual Stars had to deal with VTubers licenses that it was going to be over budget that making it partial dub was not an option. Senran Kagura, Marvelous requested it not to dub the game since their own games was never dub. Rumor has it that it may have something to do with Funimation and that Marvelous had to use the voices from Funi and they were asking a lot of money. Probably the same rumor with My Hero Justice when Namco Bandai did considered dubbing it, but failed when the cost has not to their agreement.
Was hoping the english website would spill it out if this game was canon or not, but it seems almost directly translated from the japanese one and therefore it is still vague about it. Really wish they would just directly tell us instead of leaving it vague and confusing the fanbase more than it already is. Until then, this a spinoff in the same vein as Cyberdimension.
its not spin-off, but its not direct sequel either, i heard someone from idea factory said that while it is a sequel, it is a branch-off direct sequel of super-dimension neptunia , so no glorious UMIO for you

I was honestly let down for once. Can we please just go back to classic turn based combat WITH HDD customization! Sure the disks were a neat idea but I want to SEE the changes on the characters! I miss mixing and matching HDD sets for unique looks and effects :(

i think its sad we still havent gotten a main entry since the ps4 launched . everything has been a spinoff even this is. though this seems as if it will be the first good spin off in a while the psvita games where meeehh , the virtual stars game sucked i liked the senran kagura crossover and 4 goddesses online , and the 2d spinoff was a good idea but took it far out of the realm they are use to . they are honestly milking it . i hope this is good it really looks like it will be. but after this they need to break and take time for a main entry again .

Compile Heart is making another Neptunia spin off game based on Victory and Rebirth 3 next year for PS5 and PS4.
Funny thing is SVS takes place right after VII. So take that info as you will.
