      1. Jim Corbett is not the best place for a tiger sighting. Its more hype due to its colonial past.
      2. Winter is a BAD time for Tiger spotting. Just before Summer is the best time.
      3. If you want to do Tiger spotting during Winer months, South India is a better bet because its warmer there.
      4. Tadoba National Park in Maharashtra has a 81% sighting and is the best place for Tiger spotting Today.
      5. Since you are in Jim Corbett, do visit Nainital which is a truly Beautiful Hill Station right next to Jim Corbett. It has a lake that never overflows and the price is reasonable. It's one of the few places where you can find a "Red Panda". It would be a shame if you mother missed Nainital.

      Just a Hint to get more views : I recommend you remove Jhirna and Bijra in Title of Video in Brakets and replace them with the word - "Tiger Sanctuary", Since even us Indians aren't familiar with these names - Jhirna and Bijra and they aren't popular search terms.
      Great Video btw, Will keep an eye on your interesting videos !!!

      i have been to Kanha, Tadoba, and Ranthambor - multiple times. Absolutely no luck with tigers. I like roaming in the forest so no regrets. But there are no wild tigers for me. The best/ rarest / most dangerous I have seen is a group of wild dogs / _"dhol"_ in the local language at Kanha if i remember correctly. Forests are lovely. Besides if one is not obsessed about Tiger watching and knowledgeable about flora and fauna (I am not) then there is so much to see - trees, flowers, birds, along with the easily recognized animals such as deer, peacock, etc. Add to it the pure air to breath in for a change. I do find it odd about people obsessing to see Tiger alone! Well, I have not seen any in the wild so I don't know the lure but it seems people are more eager to tick-mark a box and have bragging rights!! Good luck next time!

      The best time to visit Jim Corbett is in the summers when the tigers are found near the scarce water resources since most of them dry up.

      @@talesofodyssey I have been to Tadoba but no luck. Most people spot tigers during summer as every animal small or large has to come to water hole and most grassland is clear. I personally won't like to go in a forest that is parched and without grass lands and less green. But I agree the chances of Tiger spotting are way higher during summer.

    • @nikhilsahay895
      @nikhilsahay895 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yep Tadoba is less than half size of Jim Corbett so less area for Tiger to run around plus fewer water sources so they have to come to those known spots.

    Sighting a tiger involves a lot of luck, timing and patience - However one can increase the chances of seeing them by choosing the right reserve, right zone during the right time of the year - this ofcourse takes knowing the jungles and the behaviour and weather patterns. Happy to recommend the best combination on your next trip! Cheers!

    I think it's a bit dangerous in the open safari Jeep to see tigers.

      No harm mate, the tigers are familiarized with the jeeps so they do not harm it.
      In case if they do (0.01 chance) the guide is trained enough to get you back to the safety.

      It seems so obvious that Tiger would attack an open gypsy but there has never been any attack on open safari gypsy till date by any Tiger. They will go on to even sniff the tires on some occasion but never attack or pounce on the humans in gypsy.

    Wao, Good Wishes from Multani Indians, #multaniindians, Looks you are very much enjoying your stay in India. Viewers are suggesting to you to visit so many Jungle Safari parks.So I will not add more to it. My suggestion is you visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary on Agra Jaipur Road.
