I grew up in Ft Worth and went to the stockyards countless times. How did I not know about the John Wayne musuem??? I wish I had known and I would have taken my Granny. She loved John Wayne! Next time we go to Texas to visit our families, (husband grew up in Dallas), we will totally visit the Magic Time Machine!

Good luck on your surgery today. The first couple of days are the hardest, but hopefully after that you’ll just be a little sore. I had all of my impacted wisdom teeth removed at a dental school when I was 18. They used nothing but Novocain. It was not fun, but it’s great that you’ll be put under for the procedure…it’s like a nice nap honestly. I had general anesthetic for an endoscopy. Just follow instructions. Warm salt water gargles and cold soft food were helpful. I loved seeing the cats. I’m glad you’ll have your emotional support kitties with you while you recover.

The restaurant totally ROCKS and I totally remember Trigger and the news announcement about his poor death and Roy's announcement that he was going to taxidermy Trigger.
Nostalgic for me to see Trigger and Bullet; my aunt & uncle were friends of Roy and Dale and I got to see them way back when I was a kid when they were still here in Victorville, CA.
Michigan J. Frog is my favorite Looney Tunes character. Very interesting to see what inspired him. The John Wayne museum was incredible, and I cannot recommend the Quiet Man heavily enough. In my opinion, it's his finest performance. The cats were adorable, and the Magic Time Machine looked like a blast. Your steak made me drool. Exceptional video all around.

Awesome, My home all my life downtown Fort Worth . Hope you enjoyed yourself here in DFW Metroplex . Activity’s here are limitless!!!Probably why I never travel out of the area much…theres everything here less then 45 mins to get to☺️.Funny thing is I’m 37 lived here all my life and back in September was my first time I got to see the cattle walk down the stockyards .We go down there all the time but never when the cattle walk it was a wonderful sight to see. 🥰…And Omg Magic Time Machine what a classic . Always loved that place it is so unique. Im actually planning on visiting there for me and my daughters birthday this year and stopping by to visit Rainbow Vomit, after seeing one of your videos about that place I most definitely want to see it in person looks like a fantastic place for photos 🤗

My favorites are The Cowboys, Rooster Cogburn, The man who shot liberty valance, the shootist, the alamo, the sons of Katie elder, the longest day and true grit. All are great movies

Weatherford Wiskers Adoption Center is a place that my best friend Val would adore SOO much! She absolutely LOVES cats. Val has a cat named Tigerlilly. Hope the wisdom teeth surgery goes well tomorrow! 🐱🐱
I have seen several John Wayne movies. My favorite is Hellfighters (1968). What a wonderfully fun dining experience. You need a small motorhome so you can travel with your cat. Good luck with the dentist.
I recommend The Shootist - it was John Wayne’s last film. His character had cancer that was so advanced the doctor could only give him morphine to ease the pain. That’s what I remember most. I didn’t know they used morphine back then. And it was filmed in Nevada. I love True Grit!! Good book too.
Since you love museums, may I suggest next time you go to Las Vegas go to the Springs Preserve. You need to go to both museums and also all the other attractions there! It's a family favorite.
