Without leaving Canada we were fortunate to take a trip down memory lane talking about the pioneers of kabab rolls i.e. Silver Spoon at Tariq Road, the rolls of Red Apple and Hot N Spicy in Khadda Market Karachi, rolls of Crescent Roll Corner and compared the tantalizing taste of these very popular Pakistani restaurants to the flavorful kabab rolls of Karachi Roll Corner.

Channa Halwa Paratha Puri Combo:
A must have breakfast combo available on weekends - the puri paratha, delectable chickpeas and aromatic halwa were a perfect start to the meal.
Malai Boti Kabab Roll:
This roll had a generous stuffing of succulent chicken pieces marinated in cream and then barbecued to perfection. The chicken cubes were then wrapped in karachi style puri parathas with onions, hari chutney and garlic mayo sauces. The flavors of the malai boti kabab roll were on point and the spice level was very mild.
Chicken Tikka Kabab Roll:
This roll unlike the previous one packed a punch and is what Karachites crave for when they go to their favorite kabab roll spot in karachi whether it be Red apple, hot n spicy, crescent roll corner or the pioneer of kabab rolls silver spoon.
Bihari Boti Plate:
Tender juicy slices of beef marinated and barbecued in their signature blend of spices. The Karachi style puri parathas being a match made in heave made this dish easily the #goood dish of the day.

Karachi stret food is amazing I love the bun kababs at Hussainabad & burns road per Fresco ke dahi baray, dil pasand ki rabri, khadda market ka red apple ka kabab roll are all yummy 🙂🇵🇰

I am sure its good but disappointed that no charcoals are used...Pakistani bbq is incomplete without charcoal and comes from a person who loves to grill
You are right but due to health and safety reasons the health agency (or whatever it’s called) doesn’t easily approve use of charcoal in restaurants - believe me that’s the first question I ask so far only one restaurant we have seen uses charcoal and they had to put in special very expensive exhaust fans etc to get the approval
