Empress Market was built during Queen Victoria's time. Same time she had the Westminster Abbey built in London. You will notice a similar clock tower outside the market as the one on the British parliament building.
You might have not realized Empress market was named after Queen Victoria. These buildings were made in colonial era. Even there is a Victoria road in Saddar, Karachi
You should get a sticker with your name/YT channel and put it on your phone case….that way you don’t have to repeat it to people….easier than a business card. Or get a pop socket with your name. It’s a great marketing technique.
Those hoofs are my favorite but then lamb instead of beef. Really gelatenous and great with chickpeas. It's my favorite Moroccan (Amazigh) "weird meat" dish together with intestines and tripe stew. I mainly try to eat vegan but I need some meat once in a while tho and alot of fish too.
