When enforcing the white line rule, it's very important for the guards and officers to be strictly staying on the same page to avoid confusion felt by the public. Anyone agree or not???
Completely agree, the guards should be more vocal and telling people to stay out of the box. Also the police beed to speak with the tour guides and tell them if they cannor control thier groups then they will be barred from taking groups to horse guards or fined £500.

We must be the ONLY country in the world that puts serving members of it's Armed Services out to be insulted, poked fun at and generally disrespected by tourists let alone the horses for working horses to have to stand for an hour at a time being petted, poked and prodded is bad enough but in hot temperatures like days this summer borders on animal abuse imo. You are correct, it isn’t a Disney park. They don’t take that crap at Disney. When rules are broken the “guests” are trespassed, including from hotels if they are staying at a Disney Resort. I think most of the tourist think the the lines mean to stand within the lines to take a photo and very few obey the rules and have brains and know to stay outside the lines. Guards need to enforce staying outside the lines or it will never work.

Why aren't the guards enforcing the new rules? People are still going in the box even tho the lines are there. Only the police seem to be enforcing it
Why is this trooper allowing this woman to step inside the box and touch the hourse?, especially since the armed police officer had told people to get out of the box. He should be reprimanded by his superiors. This will never stop unless the trooper enforces the rules. Does he really wants to stress out his horse ?

I know you possibly may not know a lot but these videos should have some voice information in them. It would make them so much more interesting to watch, there's more and more of you doing this outside horse guard now but I like to hear what is going on and what you know so please could you try to tell ur viewers what you know or at least learn the horses names(all have numbers stamped on the hoofs, and then there a list of them to look through to find out the name on the time ur there ) thank you and hopefully you will take this as friendly advice not bad criticism as its not ment in anyway bad to you.
