Brother the 32 bit and 64 bit is based on the type of cpu that your computer is using. Usually the 32 bit cpu is slower compared to the 64 bit cpu. If your laptop or PC is fast enough then you can use the 64 bit. Moreover the 64 bit is the best because it can support a lot of applications compared to the 32 bit. So I will suggest you choose the 64 bit instead

Yes you can install windows 7 on most of the latest generation of computers but the problem is the compatibility of drivers that you might not get . For example Like video driver, audio etc might be difficult to get because these new generation laptops have their compatible drivers with the new windows 10 and 11 since they still get update from Microsoft unlike the windows 7, Microsoft stopped given it updates long time ago. I have a hard drive that has a GPT partition table. If I choose MBR in rufus it won't bother me I hope.
