Aw really? You can always use whatever spices you have at hand. You can use cinnamon, for example! And replace vegan ghee with neutral oil😍

But I recommend soy milk! If you are allergic, then oat milk or any other plant milk really ❤️
Interesting. Since childhood I've always thought that halwa is solely made out of sooji only but then I discovered Gajar ka halwa and that blew my mind. After that experience I always thought why they only use carrots to make halwa? Why not apples or or other fruits like pears ? Atleast where I'm from in India the concept of halwa is confined to sooji and carrots. So this recipe was kind of an eye opening for me, halwa is just a technique to me after this. As always your recipes are 🔥🔥🔥🔥

It’s dark chocolate. Dark chocolate ingredients are just cacao butter, cacao powder and sugar.

I died at "Safran", that stuff is so expensive I wouldn't even get if for Christmas or my own wedding but I'd love to know what it tastes like
