🤗 I will definitely try ur method of fufu. I born n raised in the Caribbean we have something like the fufu what we call fungi made frm fine corn meal. Do enjoy ur fufu
I've made fufu twice now from instant flour. However both times I think I got the texture wrong 😕. So to compensate I made dumpling to go with the beef and okra stew I made and the second time I deep fried spoonfuls! Both came out well, with the deep fried being very crispy on the outside and smooth and gooey on the inside!
@@mispascalinekitchen9075 Best home made fufu video seen so far. How long should the plantain be allowed to cool before putting it in the food processor to puree?
Your method is the best i have seen so far with the fiid processor How about using the dough blade for the cassava puree and plantaun puree mixture("fram")?
Of course! Especially when you are not sure the Cassava will be good. Honestly in my tradition, we don't add salt to fufu. The only time we add salt, is to preserve it for hours when a member of the family is out and won't be back to eat for a while
Gal, you saving lives here. Bless you! ❤️❤️❤️
Don't worry about the kids in the background. Every mother has children at some point. It gives your video an authentic flavor. God bless you.

Hello sis pls do i have to let the cassava an plantain cool down completely?
Please where can I get the ninja blender?
Please the model of your food processor
Ninja
Is this with ripe or unripe plantain?
Please where can I get this same blender
Please can I use normal blender or it can only be done with a food processor?
For best results use yam and good cassava. You can do it together but make sure its not hot. Peace
