Maldives has become very saturated now I have recently went through the Maldives process. The email you provided does not deal with recruitment of international doctors anymore. You apply via agencies that charge around 4-6lac pkr and they also have 2yr waiting list now because of all the people who apply now and you also need 2yrs minimum experience with 4yrs being desirable It used to be a golden place for fresh HJ graduates but not anymore sadly
I'm interested, but one thing makes me step backwards is stringent rules . I hold my qualifications and registration form russia , but I'm from India . But according to Maldives rules, they recognise Russian qualification, but they expect indian to hold country of origin registration. Maldives govt is not considering registration from country of graduation and post graduation.
yea you are right. There requirement is to first be a registered practitioner in your own country. You can get your NLE Exam done to register in Indian Medical Council.

You must be registered medical practitioner in your own country. For example of you have graduated from China but returned in Pakistan, you should clear your NLE to become RMP here. Then you would be able to apply for maldives
@@fatimaurooge7631 its simple exam … but first they will issue a temporary license and registration. You have to find job online or through agents . They will offer a job then mmdc issue a registration. Within one yeae you have to pass exam and they will give you permanent registration.

The recruitment of expatriates is exclusively facilitated through locally contracted agencies affiliated with the Ministry of Health during specified job openings. Consequently, any applications or CVs submitted to the recruitment email address will neither be acknowledged nor accepted.

This whole process I quoted here was told by a colleagues who is in Maldives by same process.Change in policies is norman.. Its okay.
