I think perhaps the poster above is referring to him as reserved as in laidback and not those kind of loud-mouthed type of character and Rob can exhibit that kind of aura but of course, he can be more outspoken too depending on the situation but anyways there are reasons why I find Rob to be relatable in such ways since he can be serious depending on circumstances but he can also let loose and not take everything so seriously and most importantly, he has this really self-deprecating humour where he is not afraid to even make fun of himself and that's another reason why I do find guys like him to be a gem.

He speaks many dialects. He has an English accent, but imitates who he is playing. Very clever and thank God he isn’t a stupid actor. A nice young man.
He sounds so different speaking with a British accent as compared to a typical American accent, I geuss that's what I would call it. He is a great actor. Water for Elephants and Remember Me were really good , underated movies. He is going to make an awesome Batman and hopefully get the recognition he deserves.
